Check out the route of the Polish Run 2019!
In order to make it easier for you to prepare for the run and to be better oriented during the competition, we encourage you to familiarize yourself with the route of 10 km of the Polish Run.
The start and finish line will be on the Stade Fallon treadmill (Chemin du Struykbeken 1, 1200 Woluwe-Saint-Lambert). The start of the 10 km run is scheduled for 15:00.
Attention parents! Running competition for children will take place before the main race from 14:00. Please arrive earlier to pick up starting numbers.
Like last year, the route will go through the Stade Fallon sports complex. Then we will run to the Promenade du Chemin de Fer, which will lead us to the Woluwe Park. Before we reach 5km you will have to climb to the highest hill on the route, then sharp downhill and uphill again. This is definitely the most difficult section of the route so it’s good to take some water on 5km and run downhill to the Promenade du Chemin de Fer again and take long almost 3 km straight towards Stade Falon and the finish line. The entire distance acc. GPS measurement will be 10 km 042m. Good luck!
